Welcome to St. Mark’s International School. St. Mark’s International School has been providing quality education to Bangkok’s international community since 1999, using Australian–Singaporean curriculum. St. Mark’s students are from diverse ethnic backgrounds and currently, our student body represents 14 nationalities. We welcome enquiries from families throughout the year. Please contact us to arrange a visit to our school or click the "Contact Us" button on our homepage to enquire for more information. The Registration Office is open from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm during term and from 9:00 am- 4:00 pm during our school holidays.
St. Mark’s mission is to ensure that our students grow and develop their fullest potential as independent learners in a caring international community. St. Mark’s is dedicated to ensuring that students have every opportunity to become happy and balanced individuals. To ensure that good standard of education and individualised attention is maintained, the number of students per class is kept small. For Nursery and Kindergarten classes, the overall teacher-pupil ratio is 1:6.
Primary 3-6 students get the opportunity to participate in a standardised international assessment annually, as a way of measuring academic performance against their counterparts in other international schools around the world. The assessment, which focus on Reading Comprehension, Writing and Mathematics, gives our students an excellent preparation for the continuation to Secondary School.
Acceptance into St. Mark’s International School and allocation to a particular year or class is determined by the School Principal. Parents are encouraged to apply as early as possible to secure a place, as from time to time we do experience waiting lists in some classes.
