PRIMARY
LANGUAGES - THAI

The ability to use a language other than English and move between cultures is important for full participation in the modern world, especially in the context of increasing globalisation and cultural diversity. Learning a language offers students the opportunity to use the language to communicate with its speakers, gain direct insights into the cultures, and enhance their vocational prospects.

Second language program in Thai is taught to our students daily, starting from an early age of 2 years old (Nursery). Our Thai curriculum is adopted from Thai’s National Curriculum and emphasis is placed in areas of speaking, reading, spelling and writing. All Thai classes are taught by qualified registered Thai teachers, who have wealths of teaching qualification and experience.

Our Thai language curriculum is unique. We teach Thai daily, using the same textbooks and methods as those in Thai schools. This enables our students to be as proficient in Thai as their peers in Thai schools.  Our students are privileged to learn to read and write in Thai, at a very young age. They become competent speakers, readers and writers of Thai by the time they are in early primary levels.
